Texas Sex Offense Laws

Section 21 of the Texas Statutes feature many sexual offenses which are considered crimes. Sexual Assault (22.011) and Aggravated Sexual Assualt (22.021) can be found in Chapter 22, Assaultive Offenses.

The laws that I would like to cover include rape, sexual abuse by professionals, and typical adult sexual assault scenarios. I would like to be able to get thees laws for all 50 states in the end.

Professional sexual abuse of adult victims - 3rd degree sexual assault, except when victim is 18 to 21 and enrolled in HS, then 2nd degree sexual assault.
